Shipping and Delivery Policy
Our shipping occours in one of two ways
- If in Cairo or Giza we ship through our own agents
- if in other regions in Egypt we ship through a third party shipping agent as middle east courier
All orders take 2 working Days to deliver
Terms and conditions
We guarantee all our products against manufacturing defects. The warranty period for our products is mentioned on the invoice and guarantee card starting from the date of purchase, with the necessary spare parts provided for repairs.
The warranty is not valid without a purchase invoice and does not cover damage resulting from external maintenance or misuse. All components repaired or replaced by the authorized service center (Oraline Egypt) will remain under warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period.
The warranty applies only to the device itself and does not include any accessories such as the charger, brush heads, or travel case.
During the warranty period, the company will repair or replace any part found, upon inspection, to have a manufacturing defect — free of charge, including the cost of spare parts, inspection, and labor.
Exchange Policy
Sold devices cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have an unrepairable manufacturing defect, as these products are considered personal care devices.
